FullChannel T1 provides you with 1.544 Mbps of bandwidth over a non-shared, non-fractional leased line. FullChannel T1 also comes with a variety of pricing plans. You can choose "price-protected" monthly billing, where your bill is fixed each month, or our "usage-based" billing option, which bases your monthly bill on traffic samples taken every five minutes -- allowing you to pay for only the bandwidth that you use.

With FlexChannel T1, you pay for what you need. Match your bandwidth and your usage with a predetermined level (128 Kbps, 256 Kbps, 384 Kbps, 512 Kbps, 768 Kbps) of bandwidth set at a fixed monthly fee. The remainder of the T1 is reserved for you, so that you can easily upgrade to a full T1 later at any time. This allows you to start with a low monthly price and grow your bandwidth as your business grows. Upgrades are quick, easy and hassle free.

Have you outgrown your T1 but can't justify the cost of a full T3? Multi-T1 Dedicated Internet Access provides 3 Mbps of speed through multiple T1 lines bonded together into a single router. With flat-rate billing, this is the multi-megabit bandwidth solution you've been asking for.

Our Quality of Service guarantees cover your network service from end-to-end whether you're connecting to the Internet or to one of your remote offices on our network. The most competitive in the industry, our Service Level Agreements cover the three most important quality issues: throughput, latency and packet loss.

Throughput is the sustained rate of traffic you can push through your connection with minimal packet loss. Because we guarantee 100% of your throughput, you will always have the full bandwidth you pay for. Latency is the time it takes for your traffic to transit our network. From any two points on our network, we guarantee that the measured latency will be, on average, 80 milliseconds or less. Our less than 1% packet loss guarantee ensures that your data will arrive intact.

Router and CSU installation is critical to the integrity of your network connection. To ensure success, our network engineers will configure and install your equipment, which you lease from XO, onsite anywhere in the United States for a nominal fee. This relieves you of any headaches associated with setup, installation and configuration of hardware. We supply only top of the line routers and hardware from Cisco Systems® and Nortel® Networks. We support you every step of the way with provisioning, on-site installation and hardware configuration. We also configure your equipment, including routers and CSU prior to installation -- seamlessly integrating our T-3/OC-3 Dedicated Internet Access Solutions into your LAN environment. After installation, our technical experts proactively monitor your network 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from our Network Operations Center (NOC) in St. Louis, Missouri. We also provide continuous support services 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our Customer Care Centers in Saginaw, Michigan and San Jose, California.
